It's unnecessary to include all of the developer documentation in the distro anyway; we should just offer a downloadable zip of the contents of this web site, if you want to have a local mirror. Therefore, we should keep the page set in the core distribution as light as possible. Just enough so that you can get your Wiki up and running, and have the core pages available as soon as you go.
This is a list of the pages that should be kept in the main CVS tree, and should go into the distribution.
